For PCB board of the subrack insertion and extraction, Provides assistance when pulled out.Composed of four parts: handle, scutcheon, printed board bracket, and shaft. Handle material: PC+GF20%, Fire retardant standard: UL94V1, printed board bracket material: die-cast zinc alloy surface nickel plating. scutcheon material: 6063T5, Shaft material: brass.
Lightweight is a point that engineers cannot avoid when making products. Lightweight refers to reducing weight, reducing energy consumption, leaving space for more functions, and increasing user experience while ensuring use.
The two common ways to achieve lightweight are to change the basic material and change the structural method, which can be carried out alone or in combination.
For example, most aircraft bodies use carbon fiber materials, rockets use ceramic materials, and cars use lightweight aluminum materials.
If achieving lightweight not only does not reduce product performance, but also makes the product safer, more secure, and improves product quality, then what reason do we refuse lightweight?
Based on the market demand for lightweight and high assembly accuracy of subrack, our technical team has continuously invested in this direction in recent years and achieved certain results. Our core product subrack has significantly reduced weight through structural redesign, while also providing higher strength and firmer performance. We call it EK+ subrack.
Characteristics of EK+ subrack:
Modular, lightweight, miniaturized, higher assembly accuracy, high reliability (anti vibration, impact, EMC design, heat dissipation design, IP protection design).
