With the advancement of technology and the rapid development of high-speed rail, the motor cabinets and control cabinets of high-speed rail trains will present miniaturization, lightweighting, and new bus methods to replace a large number of wiring.
The degree of modularization is higher, and the application is more flexible. The modular equipment interfaces and subsystems can be flexibly and quickly increased or decreased according to application needs. Ultimately, the electrical cabinets on the train will form an open international standard for high-speed rail train electrical cabinets.
The miniaturization of electrical cabinets and control cabinets can release more space for serving passengers. Lightweight materials such as aluminum alloy can be used to reduce the weight of the equipment itself, help train operation save energy and reduce consumption, be environmentally friendly and recyclable, and reduce carbon footprint. The new bus method can significantly reduce the wiring inside the car. If there is a fault, the fault point can be accurately located, reducing overall operation and maintenance costs. The subsystems in the cabinet provide standard device interfaces, and modular subsystems can be flexibly and quickly deployed according to vehicle configuration requirements, achieving plug and play.
